I'm sorry about the problems with Filevelocity, it was my fault: my account is not premium so they began to delete files older than one month. Glass was mainly affected. I will reupload everything as soon as possible (Filevelocity is down this morning).
About Filefactory: they're not very fast, they often close down the downloads for free users but they're almost invincible. I never had a file deleted for DMCA or inactivity... maybe you will not be able to download it today, but sonner or later you will.

Good morning Toutatis! Thanks for all good stuff. I got Glass usying Filefactory just now, no problem at all. And Filevelocity is also easy to get, but for my country I only dl one folder per day (24 hours!).

Thank you for all your great sharing!

Mediafire, zshare, and 2shared all are very fast, free, and don't use captcha. And mediafire allows multiple downloads simultaneously.

4shared is also fast, free, and has a policy of NEVER deleting files!

Filefactory is VERY slow, and very often has files unavailable, sometimes for weeks.

Thanks for all the great work you're doing. I love most of your shares. That keeps me busy :-). However, my virusscanner gives a warning when opening a Filevelocity link. I concur with others: Mediafire and 4Share are good, so is good old Rapidshare. Filefactory doesn't work in JDownloader most of the time and, when working, is indeed very very slow. I'd recommend Mediafire, 4Share and RS. Thanks again for giving such listening bliss.

Have you ever tried ADrive? 50gb of space, very fast.

I appreciate your work to keep this wonderful blog alive. I will be patient and try to use whatever hosts you prefer. It seems there are few host choices that are stable or that work for a large percentage of visitors to your blog.

Interesting point about FileFactory. I have a premium account, but I can say that I have never experienced a problem with their service in almost 18 months of frequent use. Only RapidShare premium account can compete.

Hi Toutatis,

I agree with Afterbach & Terremoto. Mediafire or 4shared are better than Filefactory.

Their service is poor and files are unavailable too often.

All best,

Franck
